We've spent years in the trenches of sales not just training reps, but living on the phones and closing internationally across time zones. As a top performer at one of the world's largest B2C sales training companies, I spoke to hundreds of founders and sales leaders every week.
They all shared the same frustration:
Their reps weren't failing due to lack of potential — they were failing because training was outdated or unrealistic, coaching was inconsistent, and leadership didn't have a clear way to measure performance beyond closed deals.
The problems were predictable:
- Roleplays were fake and low-pressure therefore, reps never trained under real objection heat.
- Founders had to choose between coaching underperformers or scaling the business.
- Timezone clashes meant global teams missed live training and waited days for feedback.
- Reps often skipped coaching calls because they were deep in prospecting or mid-pipeline.
- Leaders couldn't see skill gaps clearly until deals were already lost.
- Everything was scattered - training here, feedback there, tracking somewhere else.
I knew this pain personally.
When I was selling internationally, I couldn't attend most coaching calls because they happened while I was asleep. I'd wake up and bingewatch recordings during my down time, replaying objections on loop and rehearsing responses in the mirror until they felt like second nature. That obsession made me a top rep but it wasn't scalable. No team can grow fast if everyone has to train like a lone wolf.
That's when it became clear:
Reps need on demand, realistic practice with instant feedback.
Leaders need visibility, analytics, and a centralized way to manage performance.
And both should exist in one place — not ten different tools.
So we built it.
